Deputy Director, Financial Market Development Department, Bank of Russia
2001: graduated from the Far Eastern State University (Jurisprudence, Civil Legislation).
2003: started work in the Legal Department, Bank of Russia, where she was responsible for preparing legal opinions on draft laws relating to banking activities, as well as agreements concluded with authorities regulating banking activities in foreign states and with international organisations and associations.
July 2013: transferred by the deputy head of the Administration for finance market functioning strategy to the Financial Stability Department, Bank of Russia, where she was responsible for development of the financial market, including taking part in the work to reform the Russian financial market and create a unified regulatory of the financial market based on the Bank of Russia.
February 2014: appointed Deputy Director, Financial Market Development Department, Bank of Russia – a structural subdivision set up for the purpose of the Bank of Russia exercising the powers it acquired as a result of the financial market reform to develop Russia’s financial market. Within this Department, she coordinates cooperation between the Bank of Russia and international organisations (IOSCO, ESMA, European Commission, EAEU) and foreign financial market regulators (CFTC, CSRC, PBoC, SFC, MAS and others), and is responsible for implementing the best world practice relating to the financial market in the Russian legislation.
