Olga Goncharova

Director, Department for Collection and Processing of Financial Statements of Non-Credit Financial Institutions, Bank of Russia

Ms Goncharova holds an MBA degree awarded by Lomonosov Moscow State University's Economics Faculty and Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris. She also holds a CPA certificate. In 2002, she started working with Ernst & Young in its Global Financial Services Group. In 2008, she joined AO UniCredit Bank as Director of its Statutory Accounting and Financial Statements Department. Subsequently, Ms Goncharova transferred to Unicredit Group's HQ in Italy. In 2014, she was appointed Director of the Department for Collection and Processing of Financial Statements of Non-Credit Financial Institutions (NCFI) at the Bank of Russia. She is currently in charge of supervising, within the Bank of Russia, issues related to analysis and optimisation of NCFI business processes and oversees a long-term project on NCFI transition to a single chart of accounts and standardised statutory accounting (financial) statements, and IFRS regulatory and statistic reporting, as well as other strategic initiatives related to NCFI.
