In order to pay the participation fee, the participant should go to the Payment section of the personal web office, enter the payer’s information, and select the payment method (invoice in roubles or bank card for residents of the Russian Federation, or invoice in roubles/US dollars/euros or bank card for non-residents of the Russian Federation). The participant may then select the type of payment document: a participation agreement or invoice/agreement (a single document incorporating both the agreement and invoice for payment).
Please note: when entering payer’s information, make sure you enter information on the individual or legal entity making the payment.
Changes to payer’s information can only be made via your contact person at the Roscongress Foundation.
The participation fee may only be paid by the individual or legal entity indicated as the Client in the participation agreement (invoice/agreement).
To pay by invoice, the payer should contact their bank. Payment may take more than 3 banking days. When paying by invoice, we also recommend factoring in any commission a bank may charge.
To pay by bank card, the participant should specify their email address in the ‘Confirm Payment Details’ window in order to receive their electronic payment receipt, then confirm the payment details. The standard online payment form will then open, where bank card details can be completed and payment confirmed. The name on the bank card must match the payer’s name in the agreement. Payment will go through immediately.
The following bank cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, and MIR. Payments are made in Russian roubles.

Should a participant have any questions regarding payment (including if the payment does not go through), they may get in touch with their Roscongress Foundation contact person.
The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the due amount is received in the account of the Roscongress Foundation. The participant may check whether the amount has been received in the Payment section of the personal web office, or by calling their contact person.
Participants may also pay the participation fee by bank card immediately before the event at a financial services stand (payment will go through immediately). Please note 5.5% commission is charged when paying the fee at a financial services stand.
Please note that payment of the participation fee on time and in full is a prerequisite to receiving a participation badge and gaining access to the IFC-2019 venue.
