Accreditation badge

The venues of the International Financial Congress are only accessible to individuals carrying their accreditation badge on their person.

In order to avoid any inconveniences related to event access, participants are advised to leave any prohibited items at their accommodations or in their vehicle.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. You must carry your badge as well as your passport (or another identity document) with you at all times during the entirety of your time at the International Financial Congress venues.

If your accreditation badge is lost or damaged, contact any accreditation point, Help Desk, or call: +7 (812) 635 8003. The lost badge will then be blocked and a duplicate will be issued upon written request from the badge holder.

Before collecting your badge, please check that conditions 1–5 in the diagram below have been observed:



There are several ways to find out if or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

Badge collection process

Participant accreditation badges can only be collected in person, upon on presentation of the participant’s passport. Before issuing a badge, an accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the application form corresponds to the ID document. In the event of any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue a badge that same day.

If there have been any changes to a participant’s ID since the application was submitted, their personal data needs to be edited in the personal web office to reflect those changes. If changes need to be made to fields that cannot be edited, a participant should inform the Congress organizers via the contact person at the Roscongress Foundation.

If a participant’s badge is collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present:

** A power of attorney will not be considered valid if presented without a list of accredited participants and copies of their passports. The copies will be returned once badges have been issued.
